SANCHO is an online clothing brand offering fashion products through its website and official sales channels.

Product details, images, colors, sizes, prices, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or stock changes.

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless stated otherwise.

Customers must provide correct order information, including name, phone number, delivery address, selected products, sizes, quantities, and payment method.

SANCHO may contact customers through email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or other available communication methods to confirm or update orders.

SANCHO may cancel or decline an order if information is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached, the product is unavailable, suspicious activity is found, or there is a clear pricing or technical error.

SANCHO delivers within available locations in Egypt through courier or shipping companies.

Exchange or refund requests are available within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the applicable conditions.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition, and with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items will be reviewed by our Customer Support and Aftercare team in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection rules.

All website content, including logos, images, designs, text, videos, and layout, belongs to or is licensed to SANCHO and may not be copied or used without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
